We spend a great deal of time keeping up with what's happening in the bat conservation community, creating educational materials, doing community outreach through YouTube videos and social media, research and development, and day-to-day operations, like building and painting bat houses.  Our office hours are variable depending on the type of work needed at the moment.

There's so much to learn and consider when deciding on a bat house.  But sometimes you just gotta ask and here's where you can do that.  Send us an email at info@h4bats.org with your question.  General batty questions are welcome.  If it's about where to install a bat house, please include the zip code and, if possible, a photo (with time of day) of the area you are thinking about installing a bat house.  This will help us greatly when discussing placement.  If you are asking  about a product, please let us know which product interests you and what you would like to know.  Which bat house (regular or cold weather), please include your zip code.  Finally, if it's about your order, please include your order number in your email.  We try to respond within 24-48 hours during normal business days.
